Take your body with you on the journey of life! It is such a beautiful vessel you have here on earth.
Ask your body, listen to it and take care of it without identifying with it! There is an innate wisdom in your body that you can access.
Could the notion here be less is more? Less in
terms of overstimulation of the senses, food intake and generally keeping yourself busy without listening to the needs of your body.
Often we can’t tell what the effects of certain foods or stimulants on our bodies are as we have been consuming those for such a long time. By resetting through fasting (water, juice) or raw food we can have a glimpse of it. There might be prominent simptoms like headaches, nausea, pain while reintroducing certain foods or subtle changes in your mood and wellbeing.

The importance
of movement
There might be times when your body needs specific herbs to support certain organs. The aim here is not putting more into your body, but first eliminating what clearly isn’t serving and then to support only with those herbs needed.
Moving the body gently through walking, stretching, Yoga and letting the energy flow more freely through Qi Gong and other
energetic movements was something that in addition helped me to be aware of my body and to listen to it. Not all at once, but certain movements at certain times. Let’s find out what’s best for your body?
