But even that didn’t stop me from chasing the life how everyone said it should be. Having it all at the same time: a supposedly secure and well paying job, a family and a remodelled house near the city full of things I didn’t really need. Nothing is wrong with that dream, if it’s clearly yours. I on the other hand felt like I was living someone else’s life.

Only after my husband and I became chronically ill and couldn’t be the parents we wanted to be for our then two and later three children the journey back to ourselves began.

I started a training as a yoga teacher then naturopath, got into herbalism, energetic psychology, fasting, living foods and later into energetic healing.

A chronic illness, in my case severe eczema & beginning asthma, combined with strange aches and pains, panic attacks as well as mood swings and a job that didn't really fulfil me made my life feel like a struggle, externally controlled, hopeless, lonely, and joyless despite all the beautiful events.

When I allowed myself to leave the supposed security behind to discover whats truly important to me and gradually remember the simplicity of healing, only then I was able to experience healing on all levels while making my dreams come true.
